​Return & Refund Policy – The Greenery co

At The Greenery Co, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their Primo Florals edibles, gummies, chocolates, and other premium products. Because our items are consumable, perishable, and health-sensitive, returns are limited for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons. Please review this policy before ordering.

1. NO RETURNS FOR OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS: 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any opened, partially used, consumed, or unsealed products. No refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, dosage expectations, or personal suitability after opening.

All sales of properly delivered items are final unless qualifying under section 2.

2. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REMEDY: 

We handle these cases only:

  • Product arrives damaged (e.g., crushed packaging, leaking, broken during transit).

  • Product is incorrect (wrong flavor, potency, item, or quantity shipped).

  • Product is defective (manufacturing fault impacting quality/safety).

  • You must report within 7 days of delivery (to align with online consumer protections where applicable).

Required proof: Order number + clear photos of the issue + original packaging/details.

3.  HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/REFUND:

  1. Contact us right away via:

  2. We'll review and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved:

    • In Pretoria East/local areas: We may collect or arrange drop-off.

    • Elsewhere: Return instructions provided (return shipping usually at your cost unless it's our error).

  4. After we receive and inspect:

    • Replacement (same/similar product) at no extra charge, or

    • Full refund to your original payment method (processed in 5–10 business days).

4. REFUND DETAILS: 

Refunds go only to the original payment method.

  • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our mistake.

  • No cash refunds—EFT, card credit, or similar only.

5. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 

  • Products are for adult (18+) private use only.

  • Inspect your order on arrival and report issues immediately.

  • We cannot accept returns on opened edibles due to their nature.
